“I am satisfied with the services provided”?

Following on from the results of the recent employee survey being published and the ongoing action within services to address issues, I thought it would be interesting to ask employees the same questions we ask our residents every month in order to help gauge the success of what we do as a council.

We provide the following statements to a random selection of residents (using independent research company IBP) so they can agree or disagree: ‘I am satisfied with the services provided’, ‘The Council is efficient and well run’, ‘Council services are value for money’, ‘I would speak highly of Aberdeenshire Council’ and ‘The Council takes account of residents’ views’.

I’ve added one statement as a poll on the blog this week and will do another each week for the next four weeks.

Please take part if you can as feedback is so essential in forward planning. If we don’t get feedback through surveys, via our Feedback Team and a range of other means, then directing the best way forward is much more difficult. As a strategic leadership team these aspects of intelligence are incredibly important.
