Just a few staff still needed for Scottish Independence Referendum 2014

The Council’s Referendum Team has already been in touch with almost all of those who have already expressed an interest in staffing polling stations across Aberdeenshire at this historic event.

However, the referendum requires a much greater number of polling staff than the recent European Parliament Elections due to the increased number of polling stations and the expectation of a very high turnout.

Just a handful of vacancies still need to be filled in the Banff and Buchan and Gordon constituencies; details of the locations of these posts can be seen below.

Anyone who would like to be part of the Referendum effort and who hasn’t yet expressed an interest can do so by e-mailing the relevant local team via the e-mail addresses given.

Please give your name, address and all email/telephone contact details (including home number), indicating which location you’d like to be considered for.
