Chief Executive calls for staff to help inform frontline colleagues

Challenge Management returns for its final event of the year at Arbuthnot House, Peterhead on Wednesday 24 September. This is a chance for all staff to put forward their concerns, ideas and have a discussion with the Senior Leadership Team.In a post on his blog

Chief Executive Colin Mackenzie has highlighted the desire from frontline staff to see more face-to-face staff engagement events and has called on staff to inform their frontline colleagues: “If you know of any colleagues in frontline services who may not have access to our usual updates on Arcadia or to my blog, please let them know of this opportunity to air their views to myself and the directorate in an informal environment.

“I always enjoy the opportunity to engage with our staff and particularly to find areas where the council can improve or to hear about what we as a council are doing well. I look forward to seeing you there.”

Staff who live and/or work in the area are encouraged to go along for this informal discussion however, all are welcome. There is no requirement to register in advance and managers are asked to give team members the time to attend where practical.

Challenge Management will be held in the Council Chambers, Arbuthnot House, Peterhead at 3.30pm on Wednesday 24 September.
