Outlook for all and closure of Lotus Notes

Over 5000 mailboxes have now been migrated from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Outlook and everyone should now have been moved or have been provided with a proposed date. If you are a Lotus Notes user and have not received notification, please get in touch via the relevant service e-mail address so that we can arrange for your migration:Business Services –

Over the coming weeks more steps will be taken leading up to the closure of Lotus notes and users will be contacted prior to any system changes.

• Shared mailboxes move to Outlook

• Distribution lists revised and created in Outlook

• Room and Resource booking move to Outlook

• Notes applications move to Sharepoint

• Other Notes functions move to existing and new systems (e.g. see latest ALDO updates regarding training booking)
