Aberdeenshire Council is a Northern Star!

This fantastic accolade ​recognises the contribution the council has made to supporting local students, following a nomination from​ ICT’s Assistant Project Leader, Katie Shaw (pictured), who is currently studying for a Business degree at Robert Gordon University.

Chief Executive Jim Savege, who attended the event, said: “I’m delighted that Aberdeenshire Council was nominated. We’ve benefitted enormously over the years through hosting student placements. It’s wonderful to have our efforts acknowledged in this way and we’re committed to doing more in the future.”

Held on September 22, the Chamber’s annual awards evening recognises companies in the north east of Scotland with exceptional business accomplishments across a range of fields​.
