Skype telephony rollout continues

The Skype telephony rollout continues, with many staff now enjoying the benefits of the new technology.  

Everyone with a corporate login will have their Skype number enabled by April 3. You will be able to use Skype telephony straight away but your old number will continue to work until the switch off date indicated in the rollout schedule below.

If you do not have a headset you can pick one up from Woodhill House (location to be confirmed) or from a library in: Banff, Ellon, Fraserburgh, Stonehaven, Peterhead, Banchory, Aboyne, Alford, Laurencekirk, Mintlaw, Turriff, Portlethen or Westhill.

You will be contacted with more details nearer the time but you can find out what your number is going to be now:

• Go to http://directoryupdate
• Scroll down to Phone numbers
• Your personal Skype number is in the New Number field 

Please note that if you currently use a team or group number you must contact the Project Team to have a new number allocated.
