Our apprentices bring new perspectives, an eagerness to learn, and it is important to recognise their achievements.

As one of the largest employers in the North-east, we have a responsibility to offer opportunities for young people to gain valuable work experience and training. Our current apprenticeship programme offers over 45 apprenticeships in 11 different career areas, enabling young people to achieve an SVQ while working. We are proud to say that vast majority of our apprentices (83%) choose to stay with us after completion of their training.

Our annual Apprentice of the Year awards ceremony, attended by Chief Executive Jim Savege, will be held during Scottish Apprenticeship Week, March 6 – 10, 2017.  Winners will be announced during this week along with details of new apprenticeship opportunities.

Watch out for announcements on Arcadia and our Facebook (@AberdeenshireJobs), Twitter (@AbshireJobs) and Linkedin.
