Never ever 'date as per postmark'

​Customer feedback has highlighted a plea for all letters sent from the council to be appropriately dated. Please avoid the use of phrases such as ‘date as per postmark’ as envelopes will not automatically be dated when they are sent out. This can lead to confusion for clients and those who may support them.
