Volunteers required for Corporate Induction film

Article Body:

Corporate induction is a critical part of welcoming new employees to our organisation. A good induction can increase staff engagement and reduce the time needed for a new team member to settle into the workplace. Common complaints about induction processes include being bored and being overwhelmed by too much information.

It’s recognised the current format needs to change, and we are looking to replace the corporate induction with a short film about working for Aberdeenshire Council.

The aim is to produce a lively and  highly flexible Aldo and YouTube corporate induction video, made up of interviews with employees from across the Council.

Would you like to participate in this film? If so, please can you send us in a short video clip of yourself, of no longer than 60 seconds, answering the following questions:

  • What would you like to see included in Aberdeenshire Council’s corporate induction?”  and/or
  • “What do you like about working for Aberdeenshire Council?”
Please email your video clips in to LandMTeam@aberdeenshire.gov.uk by Tuesday, May 16.

Once we have reviewed all of the footage, we may get in touch to ask you to participate in the film.

Please ensure that this information is passed on to colleagues who do not have access to Arcadia.

We look forward to viewing your videos!
