Do you work with children and/or protected adults?

The process of carrying out retrospective checks on all employees whose role involves working with children and / or protected adults continues and you will be contacted in the coming months should you still require a check.

This is an important part of the council’s duty to meet the requirements of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 and the process of carrying out retrospective checks is being paid for and managed by the council.
