Five people from across Aberdeenshire made it through the North and South heats to battle it out in the final at the Garioch Community Kitchen in Inverurie.
Judges then had to deciode between Nigel Hammond’s tea cake, Brian Gifford’s gooey peanut cookies, George Rattray’s flapjacks, Demi and Keith with their chocolatey truffles and Joyce and Garry’s apple crumble.
In the end it was Keith and Demi’s Chocolate truffles that won over the judges.
Shared Lives carers receive quality training and support. Carers are paid for the support they offer this can be for an afternoon, an evening or even a short break.
