New number for ARCH service

​​Aberdeenshire Responders for Care at Home (ARCH) is a 24 hour service for planned, unplanned and urgent care.​

From 3 April 2017 there will now be one number for people to contact to access this service. Anoyone requiring this service should call 01467 533 533

ARCH will provide support to:

• Existing service users
• Tenants of Aberdeenshire Council’s Sheltered Housing schemes when the Sheltered Housing Officers are off duty.​

• People identified by Health and Social Care staff who have an urgent or unplanned need.

The team will work with people and their families to prevent a hospital admission and once medically fit, to promote as early a discharge as possible.​
