Article Body:

This month the Wellbeing Newsletter focuses on raising awareness about depression as part of the World Health Organisation’s World Health Day 2017. Workplace guidance and support is highlighted in this edition with some links to informative videos.

In conjunction with World Health Day on April 7, there will be an informal gathering at Inverurie Town Hall in the morning with the focus on ‘Lets Talk’. Members of the Wellbeing Team will be present to lead a walk with Council colleagues. Hopefully this allows a platform where you can share and listen to problems or experiences if you wish with people either suffering from or who supports someone with depression. Perhaps you just even want a general chit chat. More information is on a flyer within the Newsletter. (Please share)
