This ties in with Mental Health Awareness Week (8th -14th May), and although there are some great awareness months, weeks and days highlighted throughout the year, we should always be aware of topics that many of us suffer from or have experienced.

Mental Health is gradually breaking down barriers and becoming a less taboo subject which is great and this adds to the importance that we should all be more understanding of the topic as colleagues, managers, friends and individuals. The newsletter (Mental Health-May 2017) highlights  the mental health policy, support for employees/managers and training opportunities.

‘See Me Scotland’ have produced a couple of videos below in which highlights some typical thoughts of employees and managers are portrayed.
