New number for ICT Service Desk

If you need to request an ICT service or report an issue you should access askFred, from the front page of Arcadia or www.askFred.IT, and use the self-service portal or chat to provide details.  

From the start of May, there is a new number for reporting an issue that is preventing you from working: call 01467 53 8000 (short code 761 8000) or, using Skype telephony, simply type ICTServiceDesk, click and call.
